Thank you for shopping with us at Max Dilon. All our jewellery pieces are handmade in different parts of Europe and require 2 to 5 days for production upon receipt of your order. You will receive a confirmation of your order after completing your purchase and it usually takes 1 to 2 business days to process your order. Our team will then send you an email with order updates or a tracking number. Upon completion of production, your jewellery items are delivered within 2 to 3 business days.
Sunglasses that are in stock are sent within 2 to 5 business days. If not, you will be sent an email with availability dates for the model you have purchased.
Chains handmade in Italy could take 6 to 8 weeks to become available again if out of stock. You will be notified by our team members about lead times and delivery date.
All orders are delivered by DHL.
When placing your order please ensure that the billing and shipping address details are correct, as we are unable to redirect.
Please note that your billing address must match the address on your credit card statement.
When your order is shipped, we will send you a confirmatory email.
Delivery times are estimates and start from the date of dispatch. Please note that in some areas there is a limited range of delivery services available. We will endeavor to send your order out as quickly as possible but we cannot be responsible for delays as a result of remote delivery locations or adverse weather conditions.
For security reasons, all Max Dilon purchases require a signature upon delivery. Please be aware that our service is not a named delivery service and anyone at the designated delivery address may sign for your delivery. We will not be liable for a lost or missing order that has been signed for in a building, for example an office address that has been provided for delivery.
If no one is available to sign for the delivery, the driver will make a total of three delivery attempts on three consecutive business days. If there is still no one available to sign for the package, after 5 days with no communication, it will be returned to our warehouse.
During the sales period, your order may experience a slight delay. We do our best to keep delays to a minimum and we will be in contact with you should there be delays longer than 7 days.
