• All jewellery is handmade in our studios in Europe.
• Ready-to-ship pieces are prepared within 1–2 business days; made-to-order pieces require 2–7 business days before dispatch.
• Some items may be ready sooner, and we’ll notify you as soon as your order is prepared for dispatch.
Note: Made-to-order Italian chains or high-demand designs may require extended production times — these will be clearly stated on the product page.

Once your item is ready, it will be shipped via DHL Express with full tracking and optional signature on delivery.
