We want to allow you to track your orders at any time. As such, when we ship your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a link to track your order directly.

All orders are prepared within 48 business hours after the order confirmation date.

This preparation time can vary according to peak season like Christmas or Sales. For items that production time will take longer or became out of stock, you will receive an email with the estimated time it will take to receive the product. You can cancel your order for full refund if the estimated time is too long for you.

Every time you place an order on our website, you’ll receive a confirmation email. If you don’t receive this, we recommend checking your spam folder. If you cannot find it, get in touch with our customer service team using the contact form below. Make sure you mention your order number and the date.

All shipped orders cannot be cancelled.

If you wish to cancel your order, let us know as soon as possible by contacting our customer service and we’ll do as much as we can.

You can also manually cancel your orders on your user profile page. If you don’t see a “Cancel button”, it is very likely that your order has already been dispatched.

When your order leaves our warehouse (average preparation time: 24-48 hours), you’ll receive an email with your tracking number and a link through which to check the status of your order. If the information has not been updated, check again after 24 hours to allow the courier more time to remotely manage your shipment.

We prepare orders quickly, and so we cannot guarantee that your request will be processed in time to make the change.

However, please get in touch with our customer service team, who will do their best to accommodate your request.

To return your product, please send us an email at [email protected] to notify us that you wish to start the return or exchange process. We kindly ask that you do not send items back without notification as it may cause unnecessary delays with processing your return.

Your request will be accepted within 48 hours. You will then receive all the instructions to follow by email. Consult the Returns & Exchanges for more details.

We hope that you will be delighted with your Max Dilon order. However, we are happy to accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of the item’s receipt for the full amount. Only one exchange is permitted per item.
You can only split the order amount into maximum 3 installments when you pay by credit card. Debit cards do not offer this option.
